 A1: The cost of our comprehensive "Puppy Bootcamp" program is $1600.00.

 A2: We offer multiple convenient payment options, including cash, check, credit/debit cards, as well as other cash applications such as CashApp and PayPal.

Clients have three alternatives for payment frequency, the complete training fee paid upfront at the beginning of the program, 50% of the total fee at the beginning of the program and the other 50% two weeks after first payment, or four weekly payments, with the first payment due at delivery of the pup, then 3 subsequent weekly payments thereafter.

 A3: We understand that communication is key, so we offer training in plain English, Spanish, or German commands. You can choose the language that best suits your preferences.  Additionally, regardless of language elected, all puppies are also trained to follow hand signals along with verbal commands.

 A4: Yes, our "Puppy Bootcamp" program is designed to accommodate puppies of various breeds and sizes, typically ranging from 3 to 8 months of age.

 A5: To ensure each puppy receives personalized attention and care, we limit our program to only 5 puppies per month. This allows us to maintain a high standard of training excellence.

 A6: While there are no specific prerequisites, we recommend that puppies have received their initial vaccinations and have a clean bill of health from a veterinarian.

 A7: The final command transfer session is a crucial part of our program. It involves transferring control back to you, the owner, and ensuring you understand and can maintain the training commands learned by your puppy.

 A8: While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as each puppy is unique, our "Puppy Bootcamp" program has a proven track record of producing well-balanced, well-mannered dogs. We also provide free yearly refreshers to support continued success.

 A9: Enrolling your puppy is easy! Simply contact us via phone or email to check for availability, we'll guide you through the enrollment process and answer any further questions you may have.  You may also enroll your puppy at the home page of this website utilizing the online registration system.  A non-refundabledeposit of $150.00 is required to secure and reserve your puppy's spot.  This deposit is later deducted from the total fee, NOT AN EXTRA FEE.

 A10: Our limited enrollment often results in a waiting list. To secure a spot for your puppy, we recommend reaching out at least a few months in advance to ensure availability for your preferred start date.  A deposit of $150.00 is required to secure and reserve your puppy's spot.  This deposit is later deducted from the total fee, NOT AN EXTRA FEE.

 A11: All your puppy needs for the program is a flat nylon collar; please do not provide leashes, dog tags, bowls, toys, or bedding. Additionally, you must supply your puppy's food, including any medications or supplements, along with a note containing dosing instructions.

 A12: Yes and no.  See, there are certain reasons why we strongly recommend pet owners to wait till the puppy is at least 3 months.  One, for its safety, most vaccination schedules aren't completed until after the puppy is 14 weeks old, so the pup needs protection from disease before the pup adventures out of its home.  The second reason is that although the puppy will successfully be introduced to the concept of structure at an early age, which is a great thing, the puppy will still needs lots of work to reconnect and benefit from mental stimulation with the pet owner, making it feel difficult for pet owners that decide to start their pups at an age earlier than 3 months.  We will work with the pet owner if they decide to bring the pup at an early age, but we strongly recommend waiting until after the puppy is at least 3 months old.
